Family Connection Coaching combines individual coaching with parent or caregiver consultation. The goal is to create greater consistency across home, school, college, work, and community settings.
Because the program is provided virtually, individual and parent sessions can be coordinated conveniently while maintaining a shared plan and consistent goals.
Family Connection Package
Package fee: $975
The package includes four virtual individual coaching sessions and one virtual parent strategy or check-in session.
Coaching begins with an initial virtual consultation to identify strengths, goals, current challenges, motivation, and support needs.
Together, we determine the most appropriate program and session schedule based on the client’s or family’s goals.
Weekly coaching may be recommended when beginning a program, developing new skills, navigating a significant transition, or benefiting from consistent accountability.
Biweekly coaching may be appropriate once routines are developing and clients or parents are practicing strategies between sessions.
Monthly coaching may be helpful for maintenance, accountability, and periodic problem-solving after primary goals have been achieved.
Every client and family progresses at a different pace. Many clients begin with a four- to six-session package to establish goals, learn foundational strategies, and build consistency.
Clients navigating ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, transition planning, or independent-living needs may benefit from approximately eight to sixteen sessions over time.
Progress is reviewed every four to six sessions. Session frequency may be adjusted as confidence, independence, and follow-through increase.
Virtual coaching may include:
Coaching is educational, action-oriented, and focused on building practical skills for daily life, school, college, work, relationships, and independent living. It emphasizes goal setting, accountability, self-awareness, skill development, and self-advocacy.
Counseling or psychotherapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and processing emotional concerns. Coaching may support overall well-being, but it is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment when clinical care is indicated.
Bright Future Psychology also offers counseling services for clients who would benefit from therapeutic support.
Bright Future Psychology is an approved Step Up for Students provider. Eligible families may be able to use FES-UA scholarship funds for neurodiversity-informed coaching or related educational support services.
Families may reserve funding for several anticipated coaching sessions at one time rather than reserving each session separately. This can make it easier to plan a series of weekly or biweekly sessions.
Services are invoiced only after they have been provided. Families may cancel unused reserved funds through their EMA account.
Scholarship eligibility and available service categories depend on the student’s scholarship program, available balance, current purchasing rules, and the services displayed in the family’s EMA account.
