Bright Future Psychology is a self-pay practice and an approved provider for the Step Up for Students – Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) funding. We also provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement requests related to psychoeducational evaluations and psychological evaluations.
We are committed to transparency and will review estimated fees, scholarship options, and insurance-related questions during a free phone consultation before moving forward. A Good Faith Estimate is provided after the initial consultation, once the referral questions and scope of the evaluation are clear.
Comprehensive Psychoeducational Evaluations

Includes a thorough assessment of cognitive abilities, academic skills, learning differences, attention, and executive functioning. These psychoeducational evaluations are often utilized to support school services, accommodations, and educational planning, particularly for those eligible for FES-UA funding.
Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations

These evaluations are designed to provide an in-depth understanding of cognitive, developmental, and related concerns, offering clear guidance to support planning across school, college, work, and daily life.
Gifted Evaluations
$800
This focused assessment identifies advanced cognitive abilities and is frequently used to support school placement, enrichment, or eligibility for gifted programs.
All Other Evaluation Services
Starting at $1,700
This category includes various evaluations such as ADHD evaluations, autism spectrum evaluations, learning disability evaluations (including dyslexia), cognitive or intellectual evaluations, and focused or screening evaluations when appropriate.
Evaluations are individualized, and in some cases, we may tailor the scope of assessment based on specific referral questions, needs, or documentation requirements. When appropriate, options and associated fees can be adjusted and will always be discussed clearly prior to scheduling.
Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations typically include:
Review of background information and relevant records,
Testing sessions tailored to the referral questions,
Interpretation of results,
A detailed written report,
A feedback session to review findings and recommendations related to psychological evaluations, especially in the context of FES-UA funding.

Coverage varies by plan, and families are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to inquire about out-of-network benefits.
